Now that we have our own section for drag racing, I'll move the updates over here.

Well, since I am waiting on some parts to finish the funny car, I started cleaning up some of the parts off the dragster. I am not going overboard on buffing and polishing, this car will be raced afterall.
Here is some of the rear end and a quick trial fit.
I do need to replace the chains, so if anyone has a good source for that, or knows what the chain size is, I would appreciate it.

Hey Paul, are the front tires from BRP , I was going to use those but thought they where too big. Maybe not!

The BRP Dragser fronts are perfect. They match up almost exact with what comes stock from Pacesetter. The funny car fronts are way too big. Even for a funny car, I would use the dragster fronts.

Couple small updates.
I cleaned the engine up, and repainted the muffler with hi temp paint. I put it in for now to measure up linkages and fuel lines.

Progress
I built the electronics box that houses the battery, receiver, and also put the parachute servo coming out the side. On top I put the on/off switch and charging jacks.
Also, I got a new fuel tank, got the fuel lines put on.
I have all the electronics wired up and radio set up done.
I'm not 100% set on how I am going to route the linkages, but this is plan A so far.
At this point, if I have time, I could try and fire it up this weekend.
