Yankee tyres

Hey fellas I am learning what the general diameter is of the current available alloy rims on the market ,,will they fit Yankee tyres which measure 170mm dia x 110mm wide..

The Yankee tires (even if the right diameter) most that I know of have a tongue and groove type bead set up (For lack of better words) and will only work with Yankee rims. There are no beads on Yankee tires to rest upon a standard bead on the U.S aluminum rims. Does this help?
