Washington State Beginner

Greetings; I am a former oval racer who, after my last racing accident, was lovingly convinced by my young bride that perhaps I have arrived at the juncture of too old and too fat to return to the cockpit. After several years of attempting to replace motorsports in my life, and finding golf and fishing both fundamental wastes of a perfectly good afternoon, I came across quarter scale racing on line. Seems like a great form of motorsports, all the racecraft with none of the concussions. I live in Eastern Washington State and am wondering if there is quarter scale racer in my area or, in the Northwest, that would be a good beginners contact?
