New member from Rhode Island

Hello,
Long time motorsports enthusiast, 40+ year advanced composites boat builder, long time Quarter Scale Legends lurker.
I joined after buying two project chassis on Craigslist recently.
Not sure where the cars I bought raced but some indication some parts came from Fall River Mass.
Unfortunately RI is the only state in the country without a motorsports track of any kind. Huge sim racing fan, iRacing exclusively.
Have built many carbon parts for cars, guitars and a carbon Ukulele but desperately want to build a car. 1/4 scale is the perfect fit for this kid at heart aging builder.
Love this site and the amazing cars.
