I don't know if it's a scratch built. A one off. Or just something I have never seen. Started breaking down the car. Came with some spare parts. Check it out. This is gonna be the next one on the block. That front axle is my favorite. The rear axle has some heavy duty parts on it.

I don'tbelieve it is an Alves sprinter. I recently sold one and had pictures posted on here. Do a search and you'll find the pictures. Deffinitely a different chassis design.

Yours looks familiar. I'm digging in my brain for info to identify yours.

I was under the impression that there was 2 chassis types. There's a guy named Joe Dipinto and he knows a lot about those cars.

From Hobby Talk Forum 2010 by Joe Depinto.
" In my mind the best belt drive car was the Joe Alves sprinter. Rumor has it Joe went to jail, and thus there were no more made. Most of the west coast guys would convert the Alves car over to a quick-change rear.'

Jacobs ladder. Welded solid to the frame. Single arm to the suspension. I'm incorporated this into my builds. It works great

Maybe these parts of the car will help identify the car.

My car has the same side panels your car has. I know. Not a big deal but I've never seen these side panels like this on any sprintcar I've owned. Also. I have all the same suspension parts that came with the car that match yours. The rear parts are identical.
