There is a guy in germany that makes engines I believe that are called shillings? There is also a guy here in the US that makes some kick ass looking engines http://www.replicaengines.com

There was an awesome ford flathead V8 on ebay a week ago for $3200!!

Yea, I sure do. Shelby was selling it. Awesome deal, wish I could have swung it right now, but too much stuff on my plate at the moment...

thanks mike!!! that is nuts!!! I would love to get my hands on one of those. I have seen a 1/3 scale one before too. I would take that one too. any flathead sounds awesome. I wish these engines were mass produced to bring the price down a little. One can get the challenger V8 for $6500. That’s out of my league

Yea, I think these V8 engines are out of the question for most of us. The only reason I have a conley is because I paid a stupid price for it ($400)

This engine would look sick in your 34...

Yea, I know. I bought it a couple years back. It was one you had to build, but it was all machined. I got it from wolfgang in europe. I dont know why he sold it for so cheap. He had also sold a conley cobra with engine for $2000 but I missed out on that one...

Providing you have the resources and ability to machine one there are many versions of the Challenger V8's out there.. Personally I'm going with the Ken Hurst 1/3 scale blown V8...Mainly because of it's scale appearance.. most 1/4 scale V8's actually don't look quite to scale as the car there in..

Do some model engineering searches on the web and you will find a hand full of groups and forums with some very useful info on nearly any type of engine out there!
