Custom body

Hello, recently retired and new to the hobby. Does anyone know where I can get a custom body made ?
I think quite a few of us here would like to know where to get custom body shells made. Depending on what you have in mind you could have a go at modifying one of those fiber glass peddle car bodies that are often for sale on eBay (made someplace in California if I remember correctly). Also theres a guy in the UK making a very nice Willys coupe and truck, reasonably priced. There's a thread on here somewhere about it.
I've been experimenting with making my body shell (VW Bug hot rod style) )own out of sheet ABS plastic, it's a tedious process but more practical for me than making a fiber glass body.
