Michael: It's wonderful to see you working on this project again, after taking a break from it. I was looking back at some of the earlier posts about the project and saw a picture of the drive shaft. Did you have the drive shaft specially made, or did you buy it already made?

Hallo Kaye,
I am also happy to be here again and have the time to work on this project. I bought the drive shaft at www.maedler.de
You get some CAD-Files there too. It was a little expensive (210 €) but very good qualitiy.

This website is amazing but It’s layout for pricing and sizes is confusing.

Luther made fabulous model engines. It's a tragedy that he's no longer with us. Your funny car model is a wonderful tribute to Luther.

Those were exactly my thoughts when I restarted this project and that's the reason to make it as good as possible.

I'm working on the seat right now. I did it a few years ago
and now it is copied by many and you can even buy it in the USA.
There is a free download for the drawing on grabcad.com
It goes perfectly with the pacesetter frame.

Does anyone know about my used funnycar body?
I bought it from a guy in Belgium. He said he bought it in the states.
I only found this picture on the Internet. The body is signed "Tox".
Was it a driver? Would be realy nice to know...
