Drove down to Philadelphia this morning and picked up these two beauties, phenomenal craftsmanship, beautiful lines and gel coat. :)

Thanks fab, my plan is to remove the black body and replace with the new body, then I will reproduce a copy of the pacesetter chassis out of steel which is much easier to work with for me than aluminum for the second body, which will have the 4 cylinder O.S engine up front and skellenger rear. The chassis will make a perfect blue print, everything is here to copy including the front axle and shock mount. I'm not a big fan of hood scoops and the high cowl area so I'm going to sell the black body.

Hi Emilio:

Engine turned aluminum vinyl received today! Thanks, I'll use this on the dash of my Bonneville Salt Flat racer project.

Again, many thanks.

Made all the nerve wracking cuts and I finally have the car I always wanted, the paint theme will most likely be that of the AJ Foyt sprint car days. Hope you enjoy the photos :)

Emilio: You've got a lot done there, I'd still be recovering from the drive to Philadelphia! Any drive more than 100km (63 miles) these days has me feeling like i need a nap :)

I'm thinking of doing this car in the honor of one of my favorite racer Jim Clark, I know he had a Lotus but who cares. My Yankee F1 was painted in a Ayrton Sena theme which he died in 1994 and my F1 is a 1997, it's all about honoring my favorite racers.

The Jim Clark color scheme would absolutely suit your Pacesetter.

Thanks Kaye, paint is ordered. I'm going with the Tamiya TS-9 brand paints.

I agree that colour scheme will look great and nice job on trimming the body to fit.
