Did some more work on the pacesetter, added tire decals, side louvers and made gauges for the dash. Still waiting for the fuel tank :(

Excited to share another great product with you, at least I think it is. I received my fuel tank and right off the bat I can say it is of high quality. The one I received is 110mm in length which I thought I ordered longer but it's fine. Out of the box you get medium to hard plastic hoses intended for hydraulic oil and some mounting screws.

I will be using fuel for my use, I placed some water in the tank and applied very little pressure and there were no leaks. The fuel cap is the only thing plastic besides the rubber insulators under the straps, the rest is all aluminum and steel. A real shame to cover the tank up under the body.

I mocked up the tank more or less and are able to use the existing fittings for the fuel and pressure line. I'm going to find a nicer metal gas cap and slightly larger,

Anyone looking for a very nice fuel tank for use or static model I highly recomend this tank, it's a 10 out of 10 compared to the generic tanks on the market. Just ask if it can hold fluids when buying one. Hope you enjoy :)

Gosh Emilio, you must be over the moon with that tank, it's a work of art! I agree it would be a shame to cover it up.
