What type of scoop? Any pictures. I'm also looking for a blower scoop that would fit the Stinger 609. I was told many years back some aluminum scoops were sold on Ebay.

I don't know who made the scoops, but I also heard that they were sold on Ebay years ago. One of these scoops sold on a Stinger engine last weekend.

originally they were made by MK pacesetter, I think only 4-5 of them. Then another gentleman copied them and only made a handful too. Nice pieces.

I have a MK pacesetter scoop number 4 of 5. but I'm looking for one of the copies because they are a little smaller. Hopefully some will pop up soon.

It would help out a lot if someone would post some pictures!
I'm not even sure if your looking for a scoop for a Stinger 609 or a Nitro V-8 Engine.
If it happens to be for the true 1/4 Scale Nitro V-8 Engine, check with Gary at:

The scoop I am looking for is for a stinger engine. I actually bought a scoop from Gary in Austrailia it will bolt up but because the stinger is so much bigger it doesn't look right on the engine. I would post a pic but I am not sure how. I am on a tablet not sure if that makes a difference.

Well the scoop I'm looking for is the one on the left. The same one that sold on the Stinger last week. I think also the one that buckaroo is looking for?

Re: 1/4 scale Butterfly scoop not Conley
I emailed Gary from Australia a few days ago and he said he will be making them in the new year. The same as the one that just sold on Ebay. I had asked him I would want one in bare aluminum and not chrome plated. We will see.

A shotgun scoop would look awesome on a Stringer.
