Yankee F7 fuel line connections

Can someone please explain how yo connect fuel lines on a Yankk F7 engine. There's no primer bulb on carb. I see one inlet on the carb that I believe goes to fuel tank. The tank has a blue T fitting that I don't know what it connects to.

Hi, the photo should be self explanatory. Only the black line goes to the carburetor inlet and one clear line goes straight out to the rear of the car connected to nothing. Well so much for self explanatory.
