Thank you Kaye as always. I have been at it full blown these past few weeks and aside from one of two servo brackets that arrived, the car is about 90% done. I need to fabricate a fuel tank that will sit under the seat, a windshield and secure the steering servo, the front nose is joined to the chassis via support bracket that is slotted through the nose and works like a champ. I'm working on the body panels and templates for the racing stripes and suit for the driver. Everything electronics will fit under the seating area and the length of the chassis. Well hope you enjoy and stay safe. :)

Thank you Kaye. I started the body, I attached the winglets and primed. This week she gets her British green coat and if all goes as planed she'll finally get the decals applied, 10 months for this moment :)

Thanks Mike; We had one day where the weather was great for painting and I was able to complete all the yellow areas. Now need to wait a few days to cure fully to apply the masking for the green areas and then the decals. :)

Hey folks, hope everyone is doing well. Finally got some good weather and time from yard chores and was able to paint my Lotus 49. Going to wait a week or so before I give a light compound and wax and then apply the decals. Next I need to find wheels, the ones I used to test are from my Daytona coupe. Well hope you enjoy and stay safe :)

Hey folks, received my custom nose decal today and put in place. Was going to start assembling the car but it's way to hot and humid in the garage, I'll save it for a cooler day or evening. If anyone is wondering about the front suspension, this consists of 2 insulators mounted to the axle which works like independent suspension, Jan Gilmer used this type on his midgets. Hope you enjoy and stay safe :)
