HI Rushdog1,
I just sent another inquiry to my machinist. I hope to get a response within a couple of days. If I don't get a response soon, I'm going to look for another shop to make the wheels.
This has been taking a rather long time and I have to admit I'm a little disappointed myself about the delays.
If you choose to hang in there with me, we'll eventually get the wheels made and shipped to you. These just really seem to be "interesting" times and things that should be running smoothly, aren't!
Thanks for your patience,
Rick

I have been let down with machine shops over and over again. Dropped off parts and fixtures only to have them sit for 6 months or more with tons of excuses. Its frustrating to say the least.

Hi Mike,
Thanks for the moral support :-)
I really hope that this machine shop responds, they are really good and one of the few that I've found that can actually leave a mirror finish on the parts after machining. Their preliminary pricing was actually pretty good as well.
I'll keep everyone informed as things progress.
Again, thanks for you patience,
Rick
