So I got back into it a bit. As I said before I started with a junk frame and never expected this car to come out this nice... I decided to rip it back apart and clean up the frame a tad... still not perfect but better, I went ahead and got rid of the offset torsion bar tubes in the front and I will run an “S” shaped torsion arm... I also started final assembly of the engine.

Frame came out really nice ... I found that this is the best way to assemble a car without dragging it around a table...

I cut the torsion tubes down and made an offset torsion arm... I think it looks a lot more sanitary.

What a great idea to avoid damaging fresh paint!

Well I’m about to wrap it up.. waiting on an ignition system, make some exhaust parts, build the wheels and need to spin up some new foam tires. I was going to do some fancy pinstripes but I am perfectly happy with the way it is.
Next time I post in this topic I will do a nice photo shoot if the final product.

steve g: I'm looking forward to seeing the final photo! Do you have another new project to work on after this one is finished?
