A good question. If you mean the center hub cap, if it's a press fit, I would use a small press, or at a pinch, a drill press to push it out.

The wheels in question are still mounted on the hubs. So I can't get to the back side. A few of the wheel covers are marked up from someone else prying on them with a screw driver. Looking for a few better looking covers if anyone has them laying around.

Thanks

How about freeze shrinking the entire wheel? Put the entire wheel assembly in the freezer for 24 hours. When the metal freezes, all the metal shrinks, so the hole gets bigger, and the hub cap becomes smaller, making it easier to pry free with a thin blade screw driver. It's worth a try.

Good idea. I will have to unbolt the hud from the suspension arms. Thank you

Finally got the caps off. I used a piece of PVC pipe and Super Glue Gel at 4 points on the end of pipe to cap. let dry and pulled right off. Then used Acetone to release and remove from cap. Thank you all for your input.
