just bought a V8 engine on ebay
Hope that was not a mistake. Seems to be a lot of work...Does anyone know the builder of this engine?
Re: just bought a V8 engine on ebay
I have no idea about the engine builder, but I'm sure you will make a very good job of completing it.

Re: just bought a V8 engine on ebay
I found out who the builder is. I Wrote him a Mail with no respond.
But I am in contact with the man behind Mr. Rolf Luther. He offered me to help with this project. The engine runs with Methanol but maybe we can make a petrol engine out of it...

Re: just bought a V8 engine on ebay
The engine was not made to fit in a Quarter scale car, so I have to make some changes. Therefore I had to build everything in 3D. Hoping that in the end it might fit my Ferrari 330 P4 Project

It will be great if you can put it in your Ferrari.

It is growing as you can see. I try to reduce the distance between rear axle and Frontside of the engine to a minimum so I can use this eingine in my Ferrari. Otherwise I see the engine in the sidewindow of my car This is the reason I placed the starter Motor on the Frontside of the engine an not between Engine an Clutch.

Yes, in the meanwhile I found out that it is based on the V8 from V12 factory in Austria. It is completely CNC milled. They stoped production so I have to engineer the parts that missing and have to order it. Never thought that I would built a V8 by myself...
