I'd do something like this....

3 Pieces of lexan, some 2-56 screws, and a couple 90 degree bends and you have a spoiler. You can even make it adjustable.

This is a crude drawing, but you get the idea. If you need more downforce, you can bend it up if needed, or add an angled wicker at the end.
