New RARE item added to the collection

Well, this is wicked rare. PBS built a spec car before they built their famous GTP car. They never ended up selling any of these cars or bodies. Today, i have brought home the body mold and a spare body. I already had the wheel cover molds and driver molds. This will be a fun project....

I remember those! I think I saw them at the shop in (Santa Ana?) in about 1988 or 1989.
But I could be wrong... it was over 20 years ago....

yea, there was a shop next door that worked on the full size ones. There was about 20 years of dust on this stuff.

They built the spec racer before thier GTP. They modified a Raco GN chassis and mounted the body to that. They never sold any cars or bodies.
