1/4 scale Raco Indycar for sale..SOLD 3-8-2010

Post by MarkP »

I am putting my ¼ scale Raco Indycar up for sale..

Raco Indycar. This car is in new condition. I believe it is one of the last Indycars John Rae built before shutting down Raco. I took delivery of this car 1997. The car has never been cranked; fuel has never been put in the fuel tank. The car has been in storage since I purchased it new. The car has been stored in a sealed bag since it was new. It still has the BRP stickers on the front tires and handwritten tire compound names on each tire. The body and wing set was painted and decaled in 1997 by Wade Carlee of Carlee Graphics. The paint scheme is of the Valoline Indycar driven by Robby Gordon in the old CART Indycar series. The paint, body and wing sets are in new condition. I am also selling a complete unpainted original body, nose and wing set. I also purchased these new at the time I purchased the car. These have been in sealed storage since purchase. The model also has Hitec ¼ scale servos installed by Raco at the time of purchase. I am asking $3,000.00 firm plus shipping for the complete set. I really hate selling it, but for me it is time to let it go. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask. This is an excellent model. Serious inquires only.
