1:4 Scale 80's Chev Truck Shortbox Body????

Ok, so I'm close to 'done' with the first 1:4 I've owned (Short of future upgrades)
And I've talked myself into buying the next one tonight... both are WCMs
The one I'm getting tonight.... no body... and I'm thinking... how cool would it be to match my truck
1:4 Scale '81 Chevy Shortbox Body????????

Yeah, I saw those FORDs... hehehehheeee.....
Ok, I'm too new to give you too much crap yet huh? ha
Hmm... Maybe I'll carve one up and fiberglass it. Was hoping to avoid the additional weight tho.
Are you making those? Or having those made?
If I make a fiberglass mold or two, do you have a hookup for vacuum forming the lexan?
I've got a ton of fiberglass experience and a little mold experience.

Make the body? Or make the vehicle?
I just ran across a blazing blazer yesterday online while searching for a 1:4 scale chev shortbox body... I think it was listed for $500-600. ... No idea where... Maybe I'll look again.
Might make a cool second vehicle... And would be good to use as a mold for making the shortbox body. (And repro blazer bodies)
I'm second guessing whether I want two WCMs

Awwww. Boo... it's 1/10th scale
I'm gonna work my butt off to find or make a 1/4 Scale Shortbox Chev body.
I'll let you know when it happens.
I think the blazers are shorter, but if I end up with one, it will be easy to modify a mold to make a blazer out of it.
