thanks for posting...
"features Enclude Zommie" Among the rest of the great read.
The FE looks WICKED man! I really like the paint work on it. Looks slick. You must be pretty happy with that one!

Hi Race Fans,
My name is Greg. I'm 61 yrs old. I grew up in Long Beach, CA and spent allot of the 60's and 70's at Lion's, Orange County, Irwindale, Fontana and other California drag strips. The sling shot dragster pictures posted are truly one of the best re-creations of that era cars that, upon seeing the pictures, instantly took me back to the drags. Truly a car that anyone would be proud to display in their collection. Great job! Greg

Hope you score the cash for your dragster. I cant stop checking it out.

funky, its simply a zenoah engine INSIDE a v8 engine casing.
Betting heat will get the best of it within an hour of running...

a member here did that a few years back. Dont know what ever happened to it. Looks interesting for static, but without cooling it does not work.

Mike,
your correct, it's a Zenoah inside of an aluminum and metal engine with Hemi style heads.
The Zoomie's are functional.
Dom said it's not complete as of yet, still has the pully's and belt to setup,
But he still came to the show....

The halibrands where machined in the front to decrease the width so the front jeron tires would fit and give me the big and little hot rod look, they originally where made in one size and width for the indy race cars that jerion was working on , the centers were cleaned up fot the knockoffs. as far as the entries you can enter what you want as many times as you want . I brought out the 34 cause my other two projects that were scheduled for the show machine parts didnt make it on time, so others wanted to see the car soo. I preped that car the night before last minute, no excuse cause im a perfectionist its my undoing but just an explanation. As you can see in transport the front grille is off, easy fix didnt notice it until pro posted the pics also the pics dont do justice to the car that john foster built i will post more pics of the highboy when i get it to the shop and squared off .
