just still wondering how you will do you vaccumforming mold...
several materials together don't like heat, and i don't like cracks... :|
i'm sure you will find a solution! (longer but better is to make negative mold then final mold)

Hey Stef,

Yes , the way to make a new mold from this one, as mold will be my solution.
Expensive but much beter.

This is my first vacuum mold.

The dimensions from 1/18 bburago model gives :

1/1 1/4 Vass

length : 4590 mm 1147 mm 1155

Width: 1908 mm 4770 mm 5200

w/b : 2600 mm 6500 mm 6500 mm

Becouse of 45cc engine i'll use 4'' width tires so i need a little bigger body's width.
Exept these I like the 'ballons' fenders for a car like this.

Vass,
It’s been fun to see your project progress from a pile of cut up wood to this outstanding looking body. You have done a great job with it.

Thanks mates.

At first I talk about lexan body. Now i'm thinking about carbon with lexan lights and glasses .

The wild lines won.
