Ferrari 330 P4 body
Guys, I have one of Paul Smallenburg's lovely Ferrari 330 P4 bodies, with windows, wheels, tires, grille, brake discs and a static display chassis platform. It's one of my favorite objects to look at, but my situation has changed and I have no place to put it, and no expectation of having a place for it in the foreseeable future. I've sadly decided that it might provide better service in someone else's hands than stood in a corner in my basement. I've attached a cell phone pic of it in my (old) office, but the photo does not do it justice. This is it on Paul's website: http://quarterscale.nl/
It has a small crack in the A pillar from shipping; I did not plan to do anything about it. Otherwise it's flawless. I still have the (large!) box in which it was shipped to the US from NL, and I can pack and ship it at your expense. I'd like to have $1000 for the lot, which is a good bit less than I paid. PM me if you are interested.
Cheers
Rick F

Re: Ferrari 330 P4 body
Hi guys, thanks for the replies. I've been away from the forum for a couple of days. This is a fiberglass body with wheels, tires, brake discs and a display chassis only - just something to hold the wheels and body together. If you wanted to make it a runner you would have to build a functional chassis - or buy one of the magnificent chassis Paul Smallenburg makes for it.
I don't have any place to put it now and I need the space (it's big!). Send me a private message if interested and we can work out arrangements. I can ship, but would want payment first. It really is a beauty, wish I could display it
Cheers

I'll post some better pics for you lads. Here are some of the display chassis. Paul Smallenburg can fix you up with a runner if you want.

Some more photos hereabouts. On the close-ups of the A pillars, you can see a small horizontal crack on each side; I did not plan to do anything about them as they are hardly noticeable for display. For a runner, I'd give each a drop of CA glue, and maybe epoxy a little reinforcement on the back side.

OK, last batch of pictures. Looks pretty good on the dining table, eh. If my wife would let me, I'd leave it there and eat off a TV tray
This really is a lovely body, much higher quality than Lexan types. Send me a private message if interested; I hate to see it go but when I take it off the dining table it will go in a corner of the basement where it's doing no one any good
It needs a proper home

Re: Ferrari 330 P4 body
can't believe you have not sold it yet. When I purchased my bodies I paid over $700 each to get them here. Then the wheels were about $500. Your price is very fair and the quality of this stuff is TOP SHELF.

Re: Ferrari 330 P4 body
I feel its a fare price. Some people are way out of line on their prices. What is the wheelbase ?
